Mike Lee Seang Yik
Mike Lee is a partner of the Corporate Commercial and the Real Estate Practice of the Firm.
Mike’s practice areas cover mainly general corporate and commercial matters, including the conduct of legal due diligence exercises, real estates, assets and business acquisition, corporate advisory and the drafting and reviewing of various commercial agreements.
Chan Mun Fei
Chan Mun Fei is a partner of the Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm.
Mr. Chan maintains an ardent practice in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation, land and real estate, probate, trusts, banking and securities, insolvency, intellectual property, landlord and tenant, construction, and civil litigation practice. Mr. Chan has advised and represented local and international clients in all the hierarchy of Courts of Law in Malaysia.

Carmen Lai
Carmen obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2015; and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017.
Carmen practices mainly in the areas of general corporate and commercial matters, banking and real estate. Her portfolio includes M&A, secondary market property transactions, retail and corporate banking as well as succession planning.
Sharon Chong
Sharon obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading in 2016; and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.
Sharon’s areas of practice encompass corporate and commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions. She has experience in corporate compliance matters, including anti-bribery and corruption and data protection, and corporate dispute resolution.
Sharon also conducts corporate and commercial litigation matters in the subordinate courts and the High Courts of Malaya.
Tejeta
Tejeta obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool in 2017; and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2019.
Tejeta mainly handles real estate and banking transactions. She also has the expertise involving assets distribution, such as will writing, grant of probate and letter of administration.
